Itinerary
09:00 hrs – Pickup in Santiago: Private transfer to Isla de Maipo.
09:45 hrs – Welcome Breakfast / Brunch: We welcome you at the manor house and gardens of a local art gallery. Includes an exhibition hall and artisan bakery (whole grain sourdough bread), espresso coffee, local fruit juices, traditional “arrollado huaso”, farm eggs, and homemade jams.
10:45 hrs – Recreational Activity (2.5 hours): A space for leisure and relaxation where the group can choose up to two of the following activities:
- Guided horseback riding through the coastal mountain range and vineyards.
- Bike ride through the valley’s vineyards.
- Hiking along the Maipo River bank and the coastal mountain range.
- Chocolate workshop and artisan bonbon tasting.
- Visit to a local beekeeper, mini apiculture workshop, and tasting of gourmet honey-derived products.
•13:00 hrs – Lunch at a Heritage Estate: We will enjoy gastronomy right by the Maipo River (under a large vine canopy in summer or in a cozy dining room in winter). You can choose one of our 4 menu options:
A. Traditional Country Lunch: Salads, traditional main course, homemade desserts, “pan amasado” (local wood-fired bread), pebre, and house wine.
B. 3-Course Gourmet Pairing: Fine gourmet cuisine where each course is served with a different, specially selected premium wine.
C. Traditional Chilean Country Asado: : Beef cuts (flat iron or short ribs, two cuts per person), chicken, local sausage (longaniza), bread, salads, dessert, juices, and one bottle of varietal wine for every 4 people.
D. Ultra-Premium Chilean Country Asado: Welcome with pisco sour, mojitos, and cheese & charcuterie boards. We continue with “chancho en piedra”, salads, premium meats (ribeye, chicken, pork), and artisan sausages. Accompanied by “pastelera de choclo” (in season), roasted potatoes, and traditional homemade desserts. All paired with excellent Gran Reserva premium wines (2 to 3 bottles for every 4 people).
In the afternoon
Relax and Leisure Time: Free time to rest and connect with the local nature. We feature beautiful gardens, a private pool, and various spaces and corners equipped for walking, relaxing, or having fun playing soccer, tennis, volleyball, foosball (taca-taca), and ping-pong.
16:30 hrs – Wine Tour and Tasting: As experts in “wine adventures”, we close the day with a guided tour and tasting at the most prestigious vineyards in the area (e.g., de Martino, Santa Ema, Tarapaca, TerraMater, Teillery) or an exclusive tasting at the Cava del Parador del Vino in Isla de Maipo. Our tastings are backed by our expert WSET Level 4 certified sommelier.
18:30 hrs – Return to Santiago. (An open bar at sunset can also be included)

Our corporate experiences are quoted to measure based on group size, selected activities, and whether private transfer from Santiago is required. As a reference for your budget planning, our base rates are structured in the following reference ranges:
Most Economical Format (Half-Day without transportation): From $88 USD per person (group of 20) to $140 USD per person (group of 5). Includes breakfast, recreational activity, and traditional lunch
Mid-Price Format (Full-Day without transportation): From $174 USD per person (group of 20) to approx. $188 USD per person (group of 5). Includes breakfast, recreational activity, BBQ, wine tour and tasting, and access to the park and pool.
Ultra-Premium Format (Full-Day without transportation): From $265 USD per person (group of 20) to approx. $284 USD per person (group of 5). Includes breakfast, recreational activity, Premium Chilean BBQ, high-end wine tour and tasting, and access to the park and pool.
Work-Free Day and Exclusive Dining Experience: Flat rate starting at $100 USD per person (for meetings or work-free days at our country estates, including breakfast, a picnic lunch, and afternoon snacks).
Note on Logistics and Transfers: If you require our optional private transportation service (pickup and return to your offices in Santiago and internal transfers in the area), the budget per person increases between 15% and 45% for standard groups, and can reach a higher percentage increase in very small groups of 5 people due to vehicle fixed costs.
Note: As these are private and personalized experiences, the larger the group size, the lower the final price per participant. Request your formal quote detailing your team’s requirements.
