At Maipo Valley Wine Tours, we value and deeply respect your privacy. During our experiences, we capture unforgettable moments that we are happy to share with you free of charge, if you wish.
In strict compliance with Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life in Chile (and the future Law No. 21.719), we guarantee that no photograph or video in which you are identifiable will be published on our website or social networks without your prior, express and written consent.
You are in complete control: During the booking process, you can freely decide whether to authorize us to share your experience to inspire other travelers. If you choose not to authorize us, we will not capture any images of your experience.
Of course, we are at your disposal to take photos or videos with your own cameras or mobile devices so that you can keep pleasant memories of your experience.
2. Processing of Personal Data
Maipo Travel SpA collects and processes only the data necessary for the management of your booking (name, contact, payment details and food or health preferences relevant to the tour).
- Purpose: Your data will be used exclusively for the provision of the contracted service, communications related to the tour and compliance with legal obligations.
- Seguridad: Implementamos medidas técnicas y organizativas para proteger sus datos personales contra acceso no autorizado, pérdida o alteración.
- Terceros: No vendemos ni compartimos su información personal con terceros ajenos a la operación del tour (como viñas o servicios de transporte), quienes también están sujetos a normas de confidencialidad.
3. Derecho de Acceso, Rectificación y Eliminación
Usted tiene derecho a conocer, actualizar y cancelar sus datos personales en cualquier momento.
Plazos: Nos comprometemos a procesar cualquier solicitud de eliminación o modificación de datos dentro de 48 horas hábiles.
Eliminación de imágenes: Cualquier cliente que identifique una fotografía o video suyo en los medios públicos de la agencia (sitio web, redes sociales, etc.) y que desee su eliminación, puede solicitarlo enviando un correo a info@maipo.travel con la descripción o enlace de la imagen.
