Booking Policy:
For a booking to be considered confirmed, the client must make a confirmation deposit of at least 25% of the total amount in advance. Alternatively, the full amount can be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: The service can be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the start of the service.
In this case, Maipo Travel SpA will refund the full amount paid by the client directly or through its marketing company within a maximum of 7 days from the date of cancellation.
No cancellations or refunds are permitted after this period.
Minors Policy: For all purposes, minors are considered to be all persons under eighteen (18) years of age. They must always be accompanied by an adult or notify us in advance in the comments section of the booking so that, if applicable and with parental or guardian permission, the guide can supervise the minors.
The legal drinking age in Chile is eighteen (18) years.
Animal Policy: For safety and logistical reasons, pets are not allowed on all tours. Therefore, this must be indicated when making your reservation.
Tour prices may be adjusted upwards or downwards by the Brand. However, any future price changes will not affect the price agreed upon once the reservation is confirmed.
With over ten years of experience, Maipo Travel SpA is, for all intents and purposes, the company responsible for operating the tour and guaranteeing the proper functioning of the service and your safety.
