9:00 hrs Pick up in Santiago
9:45 hrs Breakfast / aperitif in the manor house and gardens of a local art gallery. It has an exhibition hall and artisan bakery (whole grain sourdough bread). Coffee, local fruit juices, “arrollado huaso”, country eggs, homemade jams …
10:45 hrs Two and a half hour recreational activity
Options:
Horseback riding | Bicycle ride through the vineyards | Hiking along the Maipo riverbank | Chocolate workshop and chocolate tasting | Visit to a beekeeper and his apiaries, mini beekeeping workshop and tasting of delicious honey gourmet products.
Choose only one of the activities
13:00 hrs Lunch in a beautiful renovated production farm next to the Maipo River. In the gardens and under the large parrón in summer and in the dining room in winter.
Options:
A. Traditional lunch: salads, main course, homemade desserts, bread, pebre and wine.
B. Three course wine pairing with a different wine for each course. Gourmet cuisine and premium wines
C. Chilean country grill. Pisco sour. Chancho en piedra, salads, meats (vetado, chicken, pulp), handmade sausages, homemade desserts, roasted milk, rice pudding, tiramisu… All accompanied by excellent local wine.
Games: ping pong, cricket or taca taca (foosball). Walk in the gardens or nap under the trees.
