1. Protection of Your Image and Privacy
At Maipo Valley Wine Tours, we deeply value and respect your privacy. During our experiences, we capture unforgettable moments that, if you wish, we would like to share with you free of charge.
In strict compliance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life (and the future Law No. 21,719), we guarantee that no photograph or video in which you are identifiable will be published on our website or social media without your prior, express, and written consent.
You are in total control: During the booking process, you can freely decide whether to authorize us to share your experience to inspire other travelers. If you choose not to authorize us, we will not capture any images of your experience.
Of course, we remain at your disposal to take photos or videos using your own cameras or mobile devices so that you may keep fond memories of your experience.
2. Processing of Personal Data
Maipo Travel SpA collects and processes only the data necessary for managing your reservation (name, contact information, payment details, and dietary or health preferences relevant to the tour).
- Purpose: Your data will be used exclusively for providing the contracted service, tour-related communications, and compliance with legal obligations.
- Security: We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
- Third Parties: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties outside the tour operation (such as vineyards or transportation services), who are also subject to confidentiality standards.
3. Right to Access, Rectification, and Deletion
You have the right to access, update, and cancel your personal data at any time.
Timeframes: We commit to processing any request for data deletion or modification within 48 business hours.
Image Deletion: Any client who identifies a photograph or video of themselves on the Agency’s public media (website, social media, etc.) and wishes for its removal may request it by emailing info@maipo.travel with the description or link to the image.
