It is no coincidence that Chile is a land of poets. That sensibility shines in the streets, in long-established neighborhoods. In Yungay, for example, the oldest in the city. There, 19th and 20th century buildings in excellent condition stand out, such as the one occupied by Espacio Gárgola, built in 1920 and a reflection of the splendor of that sector. In this place, the contact with poetics, channeled through wine, starts with a gastronomy that will allow us to discover its benefits between verses and drinks.
Then we will cross the center, to connect with the imprint of the most important character of national literature: Pablo Neruda. We will visit his house, La Chascona, located at the foot of the San Cristobal hill in the bohemian area of Bellavista. The closing, of course, is with wine. We will go to a specialized store, Santiago Wine Club, and to a renowned wine bar, Bocanáriz, in another of the most lively areas of the city: Lastarria. Santiago de Chile, a city full of places to enjoy.
